Tjaart is back to work this week after a relaxing couple of weeks off. He enjoyed the festive season spending Christmas with family and welcomed the New Year in with friends at home in Umhlanga at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club. Even though it has been 'time-off' for Tjaart he has been actively resting enjoying some runs with Vicki along the beachfront and time in the gym working on strength and conditioning.
Tjaart's schedule kicks off with The Africa Open this week (a Sunshine/European Tour co-sanctioned event) which is played at the East London golf course. It's a course Tjaart knows well but one thing that is unpredictable is the wind! However, wind or not, Tjaart is looking forward to being back out on the links doing what he loves most!
