After another successful weekend of practising with his coach, Mark Immelman, Tjaart is feeling comfortable with his game going into this weeks Second Qualifying Stage of Tour School.
While Panama City Beach is popular with vacationers this time of the year, all trying to escape the cold weather up North, Tjaart is not going to allow the holiday mode feel of this seaside town influence the "let's get down to business" frame of mind that he is in. This mindset was very evident as he no sooner arrived in town and he was on the course doing his practice round, pacing greens and checking distances with his range finder. The course is in excellent condition and that has added to Tjaart's eagerness to get going.
Tjaart will tee off at the head of the field at Hombre Golf Course on Thursday at 7:45 am CT(8 hours behind SA) on the 1st tee and off the 10th tee on Friday at 8:52 am CT (8 hours behind SA).
Tjaart's scores and position in the field will be posted here on tjaart.com after each round. There are 78 players at Hombre Golf Course playing for approximately 22 positions plus ties.
