After a rather arduous journey via London, Tjaart arrived safely back in South Africa on Thursday last week. He is enjoying being back in South Africa after having been away for eight months.
Tjaart's recovery, since his surgery, is going very well although he is still suffering from a fair amount of pain. The temporary cast will be taken off his wrist tomorrow, Monday, and the stitches where the incisions were done for the Scope, will be removed. Tjaart will now wear a removable cast which he can take off when he showers and he can also take it off to begin with slight motion and flexibility movements.
