Despite shooting a solid final round score of 68, Tjaart was unable to finish in the top 25 in this weeks event. However, it appears that Tjaart will not have to qualify for next weeks tournament and should be in the field. He will know for certain on Monday morning how his position in the field lies and at that time, the website will be updated.
While disappointing that Tjaart did not finish in the top 25, he did manage a T29th finish. His final round today saw a chip in for eagle, 4 birdies and 2 bogeys. A solid round which showed glimpses of the old Tjaart pre-injury. With the help of Mark Immelman's coaching and Tjaart's determination, it appears that we can expect more of these solid rounds in the weeks ahead.
Tjaart will spend Monday working with Mark before flying to Richmond, Virginia on Monday night where he will begin preparation on Tuesday for the Henrico County Classic.
